The following menus are suggested meal plans, based on a typical two week menu. At your personal consultation, we will select and tailor your menu to suit your tastes and dietary requirements. You are free to choose your ten meals from all meals listed below. All meals are subject to availability. Lowfat meals/menu items are indicated with an asterisk.

We are happy to work with your doctor or dietitian to custom tailor a menu to your specific dietary requirements. Nutritional information for all meals is available for your review during your personal consultation.

We use only the very best ingredients, including olive or canola oil to ensure the best tasting meals.
